Today the Moscow special equipment market is full of imported machines. But the emphasis is mainly not on selling, but on renting a truck crane in Moscow and other types of foreign-made machines.

Against the background of this situation, there is an increased interest in lifting devices of Russian production, the cost of which is much lower. But not only affordable price is a distinctive characteristic of domestic truck cranes. Our manufacturers have rid the produced machines of many shortcomings, thus allowing them to meet modern requirements in the field of construction. Basically, the changes affected the design of platforms on which the truck crane is mounted.
Also, the domestic manufacturer paid special attention to the improvement of electronic safety systems, cab comfort, braking system, transmission, power units and more. As a result, Russian plants such as Galichanin, Ivanovo Plant, Klintsy, Ulyanovets produce universal equipment that can be used to perform various types of construction work, even under harsh climatic conditions.
As statistics shows, the above domestic manufacturers have achieved considerable success in the production of lifting equipment. After all, they have specialized in this industry for more than one decade, and most importantly, they regularly improve and supplement their model range. Basically, the differences concern such a characteristic as lifting capacity.
Not infrequently our truck cranes are exported to other countries, which once again confirms the competitiveness of domestic crane factories. Basically, Russian construction companies make orders for the production and purchase of truck cranes with lifting capacity from 16 to 25 tons. But this does not mean that 50- or 100-ton machines are not produced in our country - it is just a special case. And another proof in favor of the fact that domestic truck cranes can present a worthy competition to imported analogs, is the fact that among Russian manufacturers remained only the most powerful.
There are those that during the transition to a market economy managed to prove that their structural base and production facilities can withstand even in difficult economic conditions. At the same time, the demand for machinery allowed and still allows to maintain the profitability of production at a decent level.
