Construction is probably the main area where truck cranes of various models and capacity are widely used. Often there are situations when it is necessary to use a crane in a limited area.

In this case, the question arises how to organize the transportation of the machine to the necessary place. To rent a crane in Moscow, as a rule, such problems do not arise, but often, in order to deliver special equipment to the site, it is required to prepare in advance a temporary, as well as intrasite access.

Organization and laying of temporary roads for transportation of crane to the destination is carried out in accordance with the following conditions:

- availability and arrangement of the construction site surface;

- the availability of cabins, working rails, construction areas;

- the immediate location of the objects under construction;

- characteristics of the ground surface.

 

As a rule, the construction of access roads is carried out on the site of the planned permanent, in case the work is carried out on a relatively large territory (construction of neighborhoods, etc.). The crane is ordered after covering the temporary roads with gravel or hollow core reinforced concrete slabs. If the gravel pavement does not require preparation of the base, the slabs should be laid on a pre-prepared layer of soil.

After the slabs have been laid, heavier special equipment, such as pavers, is rolled over them to allow them to settle completely. The slabs can be removed at any time, and the crane itself is perfectly suited for this purpose. In the future, the slabs can be used to organize new temporary roads or for other purposes. The design of temporary roads should not only correspond to the dimensions of the equipment to be transported on them, but also to the maximum possible load capacity of the machines.

The minimum slope of the slabs when laying the road is allowed, which should not be more than 2 degrees. If the soil does not meet the requirements for laying reinforced concrete slabs, then it is preliminarily covered with a sand cushion. In this case, too, you can not do without the help of the crane itself, but already used for the purpose of laying sand. After the access roads are prepared, the construction site itself can be arranged, if necessary.
