The issue of environmentally safe and efficient utilization of various wastes, including construction waste, is gaining importance. Waste volumes are constantly growing, and landfills must operate under strict regulatory requirements.

Due to all of the above, the most popular are high-speed and high-performance machines for waste disposal, which are often produced on the same base as Liebherr LTM truck cranes. When creating machines that will compact waste (household, construction) in different conditions, many factors are taken into account.

For efficient operation, they are equipped with attachments and various devices, such as:

-transmission with an impressive tractive force, in order to accelerate the movement of materials and provide the best power;

-additional lighting, which is able to ensure the best visibility in all climatic and weather conditions, both at night and during the day;

- quality attachments that can expand the possibilities of waste treatment and, as a result, get a proper return from the machine;

- satellite navigation systems to systematize material compaction and optimized machine control on construction sites;

- special access points to speed up and simplify service and maintenance.

The main purpose of these machines is to compact, level and deposit any volume of waste. If the machine has a high capacity, it is able to provide exceptional compaction of any waste. Special wheels are also used, which have tips of a special design combined with working parameters (number of passes, layer thickness). Thanks to these technologies, it is possible to achieve the highest degree of machine performance and proper compaction under all conditions.
